When Your Family is Struggling…

We're Here to Help

Sister Led - Clinically Backed

Lyle Wick LMFT, LPCC, LAADC & Sally McClain LCSW

Our founders, Lyle Wick and Sally McClain, are both sisters and experienced clinicians who have created a service to bridge the gap between crisis and sustainable growth.

Having worked across various sectors within the mental health and addiction space, these sisters found the need and created a solution, clinically informed care in your home and your community. While traditional treatment methods can be necessary, there is often a gap that exists for individuals who are unable to thrive in their day-to-day lives. This is where Bridge The Gap comes in.

Lyle and Sally take a hands on approach with every Bridge The Gap client and family. They understand that one size does not fit all and there is a pertinent need for customized care that allows you or your loved one to implement skills and changes in your own environment to ensure sustainable change.

They take cases that others may turn away due to the complexity of the situation. They believe that every individual has the ability to grow, when the right support is implemented. They will be in the trenches with you and your family and help you navigate the ins and outs of mental health.
